About the Program
This program is 100% customizable to your business needs and delivered in a series of modules that are a combination of self-paced online courses and weekly 90-minute live sessions. Weekly virtual class meetings give participants the opportunity to discuss course content and enhance overall learning by engaging directly with the instructor and fellow classmates. Modules consist of theory, best practices, application and a developmental goal-setting exercise. Successful completion earns an Executive Education certificate from Syracuse University.
Optional add-on components may include: an organizational climate assessment, 360-degree evaluation, establishing a mentoring program, individual coaching, guest speakers and a culminating team project.
Executive English Training Included
Specialized language training will sharpen participants’ English skills in business communication, business writing, presenting and oral communications.
