Our Mission
The College of Professional Studies is one of Syracuse University’s twelve degree-granting academic schools and colleges; uniquely chartered and missioned as the University’s college of continuing and professional education. As such, the College is an innovator of market-sensitive professional degrees, non-credit programs, and continuing life-long education; creating and delivering academic credentials that are practice-oriented and career-focused, interdisciplinary by nature and designed to prepare students for success in a rapidly changing world. The College also supports a diverse part-time student population seeking an on-campus Syracuse University education and serves as a connector and catalyst for excellence among the schools and colleges within Syracuse University.
