Darlene Carelli is Executive Assistant to the Deans at the College of Professional Studies. In addition to her administrative duties, she works on special projects that help welcome new staff, onboard new faculty, and create staff engagement opportunities at the College.
Darlene graduated from University College Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Conflict Resolution from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys taking and teaching courses, attending educational conferences, and development training. Her growth mindset gives her that constant push to take on new challenges in her pursuit of knowledge. Carelli has taught the First Year Experience (FYS101) and participated in the Voices Matter workshop. She recently helped develop and instruct BPS Orange Immersion (BPS144) the introduction course for the College of Professional Studies. She has a great interest in health and wellness and consistently participates in activities that promote mental and physical health.
