The Organizational Development and Leadership certificate imparts critical organizational and analytical skills that are key drivers of organizational effectiveness for individuals who are in leadership roles or seeking them. This program of study incorporates theory and practice in the areas of organizational leadership, problem-solving and decision-making, managing change and conflict, strategic thinking, and other selected course topics.

The five online courses required for this certificate are offered in 8-week sessions with a required 90-minute weekly synchronous online component. The weekly synchronous meeting allows you to interact with faculty and fellow students in real time.
