Higher Education Opportunity Program

HEOP provides financial, academic, and tutoring support for New York State residents. Eligible students must be transferring from an (H)EOP college or university or first-time college students who have graduated from high school with a 4-year average between 70 and 84.5, or have earned a GED or vocational diploma. HEOP students must also meet economic guidelines.
