Art Thomas
Director

Art is the Co-founder and Director of the iConsult Collaborative at Syracuse University and the Executive Director for the Office of Professional Acceleration and Microcredentials in the College of Professional Studies. He has been teaching at SU since 2001, and has been a Professor of Practice since 2009. Prior to his current role, Art had been the Associate Dean for Career Services and Experiential Learning, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and the Director of two information technology Master’s degree programs, all at Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies (the iSchool). Positions on the corporate side of his career have ranged from Programmer to Chief Information Officer, and from Trainer to Chief Learning Officer. With more than 30 years of added consulting experience, his contracts have taken him from the USA to Europe and the Middle East, where he led two projects for the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.
Allison Roth
Staff Advisor

Allison is the Staff Advisor for the iConsult Collaborative at Syracuse University, and the Operations Specialist for the Office of Professional Acceleration and Microcredentials at the College of Professional Studies. Allison previously served for over 6 years on the staff of Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management from SU’s iSchool, where she also earned a Master of Science in Information Management and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Science.
Shefali Jadhav

Shefali Jadhav is in her second year of her Master’s in Information Systems degree at the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. She has been a Business/QA Analyst on a prior iConsult project, where she excelled in her role, leading to her promotion to Program Manager. Prior to iConsult, Shefali served for two years as a QA Engineer for Accenture in Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology in Mumbai, India. She is looking forward to a career in project and program management within the IT field.
Mrunmai Musale

Mrunmai Musale is a Master’s student in the iSchool’s Information Systems grad program, and will graduate in May. She has worked in iConsult roles since September of last year. Prior to coming to SU, she earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology in 2023 from St. Francis Institute of Technology in Mumbai, India. She worked as a Data Analyst Intern for Peacock Solar in Haryana, India and also as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Level SuperMind in Mumbai. That particular application was awarded the best app of India by Google Play in 2023.
Shruti Kamath
Student Program Manager
Shruti is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems at the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University and will be graduating in May of 2025. Over the past year, Shruti has served as a Research Associate on the iConsult Ecology Prime project. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from St. Francis Institute of Technology in Mumbai, India, after which she served as Data Analyst Intern at Danaos Software Project Solutions in Mumbai.
Tejas Amrutkar
Student Program Manager
Tejas is completing his Master’s in Information Systems degree at the School of Information Studies here at Syracuse University in December of 2024. Over the past year, he served as a Team Lead on the iConsult Ecology Prime project. During the Summer of 2024, he interned as a Technology Analyst at Barclays. Prior to joining Syracuse University, he worked as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture Solutions in Pune, India, and he completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree from India’s Pune University.
Rutika Gangurde

Rutika is in her second year of her Master’s in Engineering Management at SU, and brings with her an undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from Atharva College of Engineering at the University of Mumbai, India. Following the earning of her Bachelor’s degree, she became an Associate Software Developer – Product, at Accenture Solutions in Mumbai. Rutika also earned a certification from Accenture in SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence Stream, and she brings numerous skills in project management, user design, analytics and cloud systems.
