Admission to Syracuse University is based on a combination of factors. The Admissions team will need to see that you graduated from high school or the equivalent, your standardized test scores, transcripts from all previous undergraduate work, a personal statement, and, if requested, letters of recommendation.

Application Deadlines
Applications are reviewed on a continuing basis, so you can submit an application at any time and start in the following session. Completed application files – including your admissions interview and all transcripts and other supporting documents – must be received by the deadline. Completed applications for on-campus programs are considered until the first day of classes for the requested term. - Application Requirements
Admissions for Syracuse University’s online MPS in Project Management are accepted on a rolling basis. Note that no GRE/GMAT is required. Here’s what you’ll need to apply.- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Official transcripts are required for all college-credit classes you have enrolled in, both undergraduate- and graduate-level.
- Two letters of recommendation. If you have graduated in the past three years, one reference should be academic, the other can be professional. References may not be the applicant’s family members.
- A personal statement discussing your motivation for studying project management.

- Military-Connected Applicants
Depending on military status, the materials needed for the application may vary. Please submit the following documents:- National Guardsmen, Reservists and Veterans submit either DD-214 or NGB-22 form with application.
- Active Duty Personnel submit a copy of their most recent orders to verify active status.
- Military Transcripts: Air Force and Space Force service members order CCAF/Air University transcripts to be sent directly to Syracuse University. All service members from other branches order a JST to be sent directly to Syracuse University.

MPS/CAS Tuition Incentive: Apply and get admitted to the Project Management M.P.S. degree or C.A.S. program in the2024-2025 academic year to be eligible to receive the MPS/CAS Tuition Incentive – discounted tuition rate of just $1,000 per credit! Discount is good through completion of the program.

Part-time students can register for courses without applying to a degree program.
