The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) is for students who want to improve their lives through education. The program provides economically and educationally disadvantaged students from New York State with access to Syracuse University through academic support and financial assistance.
The College of Professional Studies at Syracuse University is the home of New York State’s only Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) program for part-time students.
