As Professional Certified Business and Leadership coach since 2006, Herman co-created clients’ vision for their organizations. Working in a wide range of sectors, such as agriculture, banking, health, manufacturing, retail and service industries, Herman assisted in translating tacit knowledge into systemized explicit knowledge that increased the effectiveness of the business.
He presented a paper on “The Management of Knowledge (KM) and continuous education as a basis of stable regional development” at the All-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participation “Economics and management in modern conditions: theory and practice” in Cheboksary, Russia.” He also presented his research findings “The development and evaluation of a psychological wellness program for adults” at the second Wellness in the Workplace Conference in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
Herman taught Sport Psychology for six years at the Central University of Technology, in Bloemfontein, South Africa. He was responsible for the design and creation of four-year program curriculum. Herman is the published author of “Thinking about Thinking – an introduction to observing your own mind.” He holds a MA in Psychology from the Free State University, in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
