Susan Conklin is a professor of management, organizational development, and cultural studies, as well as a consultant and trainer. She uses her 25 years of experience managing people and projects to develop training programs that improve business performance. Her consulting, training and coaching services focus on personal and interpersonal skill development, leadership, and organizational development. Her clients span public and private corporations and institutions. Conklin holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University, with a concentration in marketing and organizational development. Her corporate experience includes leadership positions with GE and Carrier Corporation, as well as several small businesses. In addition to her consulting work, Susan has been teaching management and cultural studies classes in higher education for 15 years.
